SMANIA on WeChat, the multifunctional Chinese ecosystem

Created in 2011, in a few years the Chinese platform WeChat has become an integral part of the daily life of the Chinese and beyond.

Success is linked to its multifunctional nature: a single app that combines classic communication functions such as telephone calls, messaging and video calls, the possibility of building loyalty in companies or individuals, purchasing both public and private goods and services, using mini- programs, locate destinations, use a search engine and much, much more.

Precisely because of this eclectic nature, WeChat has now become an indispensable application not only for individuals but also for companies that intend to enter the market of the Rising Sun with effective marketing strategies, since – to date – it represents the one and only tool which allows a direct connection with the Chinese customer.

Since January 2021 SMANIA has been present in the world of WeChat to therefore interact with its audience. A communication with an elegant cut, like the products selected for the oriental market. Images and texts that convey the culture of made in Italy, the craftsmanship of the brand, the possibility of creating a product according to the customer’s taste through the choice of materials and finishes.
